for the next three months. He is active on the HF
bands using CW and digital modes. QSL direct
via G0IAS.

- Michel, FM5CD has been
QRV using RTTY on 160 meters around 0500z.

- Jack, NP2OR is QRV as
5X7JD from Masaka until May 25. He is
active on 40 and 20 meters using SSB
every day from 0500 to 1550z.

- Chris,
VK3FY, is reportedly in the planning stages of a
DXpedition to Spratly Islands to take place }
sometime in January 2011. Callsign has not been
issued yet. More details should be forthcoming
- 3B9, RODRIGUES ISLAND
- John, G3LZQ, will be
active as 3B9WR from Cotton Bay, Rodrigues Island
(AF-017) between March 3rd and April 2nd. Activity
will be on all bands 160-10 meters, probably and
mainly CW, but with a focus on the lower band
(QRN permitting).. QSL via his home callsign.
- BW1, TAIWAN
- Steve, K8QKY, will be active as
BW1/K8QKY between April 14--19th. Activity will be on
160-6 meters using CW. QSL via his home callsign
- FK, NEW CALEDONIA
- Operators Curt/W3HQ and
Don/VK2DON will be active as FK/W3HQ from Lifou,
Loyalty Islands (OC-033), between May 13--16th.
Their activity will be on 40/30/20 meters using CW

CQ magazine columnist becomes a silent key
Sad news now from the USA. CQ Magazine
columnist David Ingram, K4TWJ passed away
last week. He was 67. Dave had written for CQ
magazine since 1981 and had also written for
RadCom. Dave suffered from a major heart
attack on New Year's Eve. [RSGB]
